WHEN THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN IS NOT ACCEPTED
product is different from what was ordered or defective .As we carefully checking all outfits before dispatching them, in rare scenario if you face this issue please send us email within 24 hours of delivery time with product opening video without any cut once your request is received if we will notify for approval or rejection ,if we reject your request for return we notify you with valid reason.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. returned item must be unused, unwashed with original condition, tags/packing intact.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
